Caught anoth in the HBP viewing. Harry arranges to meet the waitress in the subway cafe at her 11 p.m. closing. We see her looking around for him as the shop is being closed but he is with Dumbledore. He goes to Budleigh-Babington and meets Slughorn, and after the house is put right, the grandfather clock says 10:35. You could say that Dumbledore overlooked that, or that he did not make the clocks reset to the right time, but his spell was supposed to put everything like Slughorn had never faked an abdubtion.

Nice catch. I never liked that whole waitress scene anyway, nor Dumbledore's lame "you need a shave, my friend" remark.
