Signature Questions and Help

The size of the picture is OK. It's 300 x 200 pixel and 300 x 300 are allowed. And the KB size is also within the rules.

To avoid the link in the pic. Copy the "Url" and insert it in the image tags.

In your case it would be:

[IMG]http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n144/georgiadogs/m-4133.jpg[/IMG]

I see no image tags. In the signature edit there is only the image with the text.

When you want to write down the code by hand.

Is it fixed now? If so, I have another question. How can I close the gap between the picture and the text? I tried to backspace the text so that it was right under the image and I saved it like that. But now it keeps going back to having the large gap between the image and the text.

Yes the link it away.

To solve this problem. Click on this button: You will switch the editor mode.

The background will turn black and you will have the code instead of the picture. Delete every unnecessary code between the text and the image tags.

Please somebody have mercy on me!!! I am so confused and technically unable, it is a miracle I manage to get here everyday! Here's my problem: I took one of those stupid quizzilla quiz things and am trying very hard to get the results in my signature, but it just comes through as a bunch of gobbledegook! I know it's possible, but I don't have any clue what I am doing...I keep reading this forum, but I am completely lost. If anyone can help...please, please, let me know!

Those quiz things don't work here because we don't allow html code. You have to manually convert it to bb code if you want it to look right.

I was wondering if someone could help me. I'm sure you've seen people's siggy where it changes pictures, I was wondering how you do that. getting it to change between pictures. I would greatly appericate any help you could give me.

These pictures are animated GIFs. You can do animations with various programmes. I, for example, use PS Image Ready. You can choose what pics to use, the time they change etc.

Is it possible to have a link from the text in my signature without having the linking text underlined or otherwise modified except for being clickable? Or is that just part of the package?

Okay, I feel like a true idiot. I am trying to learn how to make a sign. I went to the first page and read the tutorial. It looks as if I am supposed to type

[*SIGN=1]Woohoo![*/SIGN] in order to get the sign in the example, but it seems like it doesn't work. Cut and paste isn't doing it either. What extremely obvious thing am I missing that everyone else seems to "get".

Just remove the *.
