Star trek discovery
So back in the day I'll admit I enjoyed the Next Generation - I suppose Captain Jean Luc Picard is "my Captain", Enterprise, deep space 9 or Voyager just didn't do it for me. The reboot movies in alt universe I do enjoy but I have found myself really taken with Star Trek Discovery.
Now I admit it was a slow burn at first, the first few episodes were seriously confusing and I couldn't get to grips with why there was such a focus on the Klingons. Still I persevered and post the mid season break - I really really have enjoyed S1 and am now at a total loose end waiting for S2! Spoiler: show Anyone else watching discovery ???

Only been able to watch season 1, but I like it so far.
Anyone looking forward to Star Trek Picard? Been excited for it to come out  . It looks really promising so far,

I'm caught up on Picard and binging Discovery at the same time. I only just got CBS All Access so I couldn't do Discovery before. It has been interesting doing both together. I'm liking them both in different ways.
Side note: I'm also going through the entire Voyager series with my daughter right now. It's been really cool. She was born during the series run when I watched it originally and now we are watching it together. So I'm kind of in the middle of three of them!!! And of course in the Kelvin timeline as well
